Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
A Bachelor's degree is required in any of the subjects of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, Agriculture, and Forestry.
Candidates doing Bachelor in Engineering can also apply.
Age limit (as on 1 August 2020)
For joining this recruitment, the minimum age limit of general category candidates should be 21 years.
The maximum age limit for general category candidates has been fixed at 32 years.
There is a provision of 3 years of relaxation in the maximum age limit for candidates belonging to other backward castes.
SC / ST candidates are given 5 years of relaxation in the maximum age limit.
