RPSC RAS Result 2020 - Check RAS Interview Date Announced
Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) Mains examination was conducted on 25 June and 26 June 2019 across the state by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) at various centers. The RPSC RAS Main Exam was attended by thousands of aspiring candidates. Eager candidates are waiting for the RPSC RAS Result to be declared.
The RPSC RAS result was scheduled to be announced in the month of April 2020. The State Commission decided to postpone the result due to the outbreak of COVID-19. The RPSC RAS Result Date was put forward by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission due to the Nationwide Lockdown. The Commission has not yet given any official update regarding the RAS result. Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released the interview schedule of the most prestigious exam of RAS 2018 on Thursday 27 August 2020 late evening. Along with this, the Commission has also announced the dates of interviews for four other important examinations. Admit cards for the interview for the candidates from the Commission will be uploaded on the website of the Commission soon.
From October 5, interviews will be held in several stages
As per the schedule released by Commission Secretary Shubham Chaudhary, the interview for 1051 posts of RAS Exam 2018 will start from October 5. RAS interviews will be conducted at various stages.
Interview of 560 candidates in the first phase
Its first phase will start from October 5 to October 23. A total of 560 candidates will be called for interview in this first phase. After this, interviews of the remaining candidates will be taken in the next phase. The commission will announce its date later.
Total 2056 candidates eligible for interview
The Commission has considered a total of 2056 candidates interview able for 1051 posts of RAS Exam 2018. Along with this, the Commission has also announced the date of the interview for four other important examinations. The first of which is the examination for the post of information and public relations.
The Commission has conducted an examination for 1017 posts. 22 thousand 984 candidates were registered for the main examination. Of these, 18 thousand have taken the exam. The main exam result is almost ready. The High Court was earlier scheduled for hearing on 10 June.Now the hearing date has been fixed on 20 July. In view of this, the Commission has issued a special application.
Commission chairman Deepak Upreti and members filed a high court special application, discussed some technical aspects including the results of the main examination. Meanwhile, Rajasthan Unemployed Integrated Union President Upen Yadav has also sent a memorandum to the CMO.
RPSC RAS Selection Process
RPSC RAS selection process takes place in three stages:

Interview Marks: 100 marks
The Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) and Rajasthan Taxation Service (RTS) examinations are conducted every year by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. The main objective of conducting this exam is to select qualified candidates of Rajasthan for RAS and RTS posts. This recruitment drive is to fill the various Group - A and B posts in the state of Rajasthan.
There are 2 posts divided into Group A and Group B in RPSC RAS. Candidates who are selected in RAS Recruitment are divided on the basis of their rank. Group - A and B posts include Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS), Rajasthan Police Service (RPS), Rajasthan Account Service, Rajasthan Udyog Seva, Rajasthan Cooperative Service, etc. and subordinate services like Rajasthan Udyog Subordinate Service, Tehsildar. Rajasthan Planning Subordinate Service, Rajasthan Excise Subordinate Service, Rajasthan Women, and Child Development Subordinate, etc.
Shortlisted candidates of the RAS Prelims Exam are called to appear in the RAS Mains Exam. Candidates clearing the Mains exam are called for the RPSC RAS Interview / Personality Test Round. The results are expected to be released by the end of June 2020.

RPSC RAS Cut Off and Merit List:
Cut off marks are useful to check the minimum passing marks of the exam. RAS Mains exam cut off will be released soon. Also, the RAS merit list will be the name of the candidates selected in the examination. According to an estimate, RPSC will publish the merit list of the RAS exam in late June or early July. It is expected that the list of cut off marks and merit list will be released along with RPSC RAS Mains Result 2020.
